Then we look forward to your application as Teamleiter Accounting & Payroll (m/w/x) in full time (40 h/week) For our finance team, we are looking for an experienced management personality that not only controls our 10-person Accounting & Payroll team, but also specifically develops and shapes the next growth phase of the Choice Group together with us.

You guide your team in a disciplined and professional way and develop it further Your own account is the monthly, quarterly and annual accounts according to HGB for the individual companies and the consolidated financial statements of the Choice Group You drive forward the further development and digitization of our financial processes – you automate, actively shape processes and introduce your own ideas where AI Accounting and Payroll can fundamentally change with us. You report quarterly to our external investors – your figures are an important basis for financing our growth You are responsible for the timely wage and salary accounting of the group You are the first contact person for management and department management in all finance topics as well as central interface to auditors, tax consulting and financial management incl. Coordination of external audits

You have a completed economic studies with a focus on finance/accounting or a comparable qualification You are safe in accounting – also at Group level – and bringing sound HGB knowledge with you You bring first disciplinary leadership experience – ideally already several years; we are also very pleased to receive applications from ambitious auditors who want to take the step into the industry You have a strong will to design, especially in the further development of processes, as well as the joy of digitalization topics – ideally with first experience in or enthusiasm for the use of AI in financial processes You are strong in communication and have real pleasure in coaching and developing people You work structured, independent and reliable, with a high degree of accuracy and a pronounced hand-on mentality – you bring the trust base that requires a position with far-reaching financial responsibility You are safe in handling MS Office (especially Excel) and accounting software (e.g. Addison, DATEV)
