Maintaining and developing cybersecurity concepts in software productsfor firmware of devices (e.g. Secure Boot) for Industrial Controls (TwinCAT Runtime) for Security Gateways (including “Defence in Depth”) for management solutions (decentral, central/on-premises, cloud)

Conception and introduction of new security concepts (e.g. Intrusion Detection/Intrusion Prevention) for integration into automation technology with proprietary developments or foreign products Evaluation of Use Cases (e.g. Mechanical Engineering/OEM, Offline/Online, Serial Production, Service) Coordination with development, product management, IT, sales, support and if necessary Partners

Development of hardware and firmware for license terminals and USB dongles

successfully completed studies in the field of computer science, mechatronics, digital technologies, software engineering or a comparable technical qualification, ideally with specialization in cyber security Multiannual experience in the application of cyber security mechanisms such as symmetric and asymmetric cryptography cryptographic protocols (e.g. Key Exchange, TLS) Public key infrastructures (e.g. PGP, X.509)

strong team skills and communication strength high affinity on technical topics and complex relationships, combined with the ability to represent technical content in a targeted and comprehensible manner intrinsic motivation to learn new things and implement innovative ideas extremely independent and detailed and implementation-oriented mode of operation very good German knowledge (C2 level) and good English knowledge (at least B2 level) in word and writing
