You motivate clients and their families to achieve changes and realize development goals. You work in a dedicated and targeted manner on the development of personalities and competencies, supporting the realization of educational or professional opportunities of clients. You look forward to positive social and family relations and a lively day of education.

You have a completed study of social work, social education, educational sciences, psychology (Bachelor, Master, Diploma) with state recognition or a comparable degree as a pedagogical specialist within the meaning of SGB VIII. You have first professional experience in social work. Your working hours are flexible in consultation with the families/young people, mainly in the core period from the early afternoon to the early evening. You value transparency, participation and appreciation as well as binding, targeted work. You bring the ability to develop a social pedagogical assessment and methodological approach and to record it in writing in the form of documentation.

We will directly involve you in our warm team, with regular supervision and participation in team meetings. Your remuneration is based on the TVÖD (S12) and is 80 % for working hours, depending on the professional experience, between €318 to €4.507, plus Christmas money and an additional performance-oriented premium.
