To strengthen our team at Schleswig-Holstein Netz GmbH, we are looking for an IT-referent workforce management system (m/w/d)* for our Quickborn location near Hamburg or Rendsburg.

System responsibility: You are responsible for our central workforce management system for controlling maintenance and interference orders - both for stationary and mobile applications. Requirements Management: You analyze, evaluate and document technical requirements and processes in close cooperation with the departments. You translate new requirements into thoughtful user stories. Release and test coordination: You control release processes as well as test activities, align yourself closely with internal and external developers and suppliers and accompany the solution finding up to production. Quality & standards: As an IT expert, you develop standards and quality criteria, accompany agile teams in their compliance and take over the administration of special configurations. Strategic development: You actively shape the digital future of our maintenance and repair processes, especially around the workforce management system. Project responsibility: If necessary, you take the role as a subproject manager, tax external service providers and introduce yourself into group-wide working groups. You can master special tasks in application management with an overview.

You have a degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics, Economic Engineering, Electrical Engineering or a comparable qualification. You bring experience in agile software development and are very familiar with tools like JIRA and Confluence. Knowledge of SAP (ideally EAM) and WFM systems are advantageous. You convince with conceptual strength, analytical thinking and the ability to clearly document technical specifications and project results. Ideally, you know the processes of energy management - especially in the areas of network operation and maintenance. Self-contained, structured and targeted work is in your blood. You take responsibility and always keep an overview. You are strong in communication, you like to work networked and enjoy cooperation - also across corporate boundaries. Very good knowledge of German and English as well as a high readiness to travel (incl. driving licence class B) you bring. Customer orientation and service relevance shape your actions.
