Strategic design, implementation and continuous development of global export control, customs and monitoring processes from a holistic end-to-end perspective
Technical support for Group-wide projects and support for new business models, in particular with regard to organisational and process-oriented securing of Foreign Trade Compliance
Analysis of existing processes and active participation of innovative business processes using central IT systems
Planning and implementation of training on existing, optimized and new processes and software solutions
Technical support and support of key users and end users in the field of export control and customs
Creating binding procedural guidelines for all ZEISS companies worldwide, taking into account current foreign trade regulations
Documentation, coordination and control Trade compliance relevant processes
Evaluation of process and master data for identifying optimization potentials and implementing corresponding internal improvement projects
Graduate in Business Administration, Law (e.g. Customs or Economic Law) or Engineering
Multiannual relevant professional experience in a globally active company, in the senior service of customs administration or in an audit firm
Experience gained in dealing with authorities and conducting projects and/or regulatory audits
Very good understanding of legislative, regulatory and administrative procedures
Experience in project management, ideally in the context of foreign trade or compliance projects
High self-responsibility, loadability and a structured operation
Secure handling of MS Office and SAP
Very good knowledge of German and English in word and writing
