Your tasks: Analysis of existing systems and development and implementation of concepts for further development and optimization Self-responsible development of concepts up to the proposal for a decision and participation in their implementation by the operational areas Creation of economic assessment bases (including calculations, market view and expertise) Coordination of interdisciplinary teams in the fields of law, taxes, accounting, technology and others in the international context Participation in the strategic orientation of international subsidiaries and management of interdisciplinary competence teams clarification and coordination of cross-company topics in cooperation with internal and external bodies elaboration and coordination of legal documents and regulations on cross-company cooperation

Completed studies in the field of BWL, technology or a comparable discipline Multiannual experience in the leadership of international projects and teams Knowledge of international corporate law and contract design desirable Business thinking and acting High self-responsibility and targeted and independent understanding of work Representative communication, negotiation and leadership skills in an intercultural environment English knowledge in word and writing Global readiness
