Take responsibility for construction and rehabilitation measures at our existing buildings (e.g. Augsburg, Memmingen, Kempten) Coordinate and guide interdisciplinary teams from external architectural offices, specialist planning offices, test-sensorships or expert offices Organize the fire protection in cooperation with our external fire protection officer Create resilient cost estimates / calculations and answer budget compliance Conduct tenders, awards and offer comparisons and develop long-term strategies in building maintenance Care and structure the property documentation Work closely with construction offices and other places If necessary Create presentations for internal meetings

You have completed their studies in the field of architecture, civil engineering or a comparable discipline You bring several years of professional experience in the construction industry, ideally with project responsibility in construction You have profound knowledge in HOAI, VOB, VgV and BayBO You have knowledge of the handling of electronic procurement platforms (e.g. German eVergabe) You have experience in building fire protection and in coordination with specialist planners, ext. offices and authorities You control the handling of ArchiCAD, work structured and bring a high degree of initiative with You have very good German knowledge in word and writing (at least C1 level) You have a class B licence and willingness to use a service vehicle
