Total responsibility for on-time and correct pay billing Professional and disciplinary leadership as well as further development of the Payroll team Advising employees and executives on billing-related topics Ensuring compliance with legal, fiscal and internal guidelines Optimization and further development of accounting processes and systems Support and further development of the Payroll software used Monitoring of pay tax and social security checks Creation of reports, analyses and special evaluations

Completed studies in the field of BWL, staff or comparable qualifications Experience in payroll accounting Knowledge of labour, wage and social security law First experience in managing employees of advantage Ideal experience with P&I LOGA Safe handling of MS Office Structured, independent and responsible operation Team orientation and communication strength
