Payroll Accountant - Payroll Tax / DATEV / MS-Office (m/w/d)

You enter the monthly wage and salary data You create sample bills, for example for advance or repayments You take charge of all employees of the client You create and transmit the pay tax registration as well as the social security contributions They shall report to the Professional Cooperative and to the Disabled Compensation Tax They issue the working papers when leaving They shall draw up certificates, e.g. for the Employment Agency, other authorities or institutions relating to merit (e.g. sickness benefit, housing allowance, bafög etc.) You prepare withdrawal authorization and U1 declaration for a new health insurance They carry out the annual journey accounting for private use of a company car They pay short-time work and accompany pay tax and social security checks

You have several years of professional experience, preferably in the advisory area or already with client experience You have a sound knowledge of pay tax and social security law They ideally bring DATEV knowledge, as they support your entry You have good knowledge of the current MS Office programs (Outlook, Excel, Word, ...) You have fun personal contact with clients Your self-responsibility, conscientiousness and reliability
