What you are moving with us:

You are responsible for the operational management of a team of currently 15 employees and take over their professional and disciplinary leadership. In addition, you promote the individual development of your team members and support their potential development. You bear the responsibility for the implementation of the pay bill according to valid internal, contractual, wage tax and social insurance regulations. You ensure compliance with the defined technical processes for the responsible task area and control the optimization of the relevant processes. Furthermore, your area of responsibility includes the participation in the further development of the HR Services Payroll area in coordination with all team leaders and the field management, the definition of requirements in the HR-IT area (together with process management). You take responsibility for the design and implementation of change processes (Change Management), drive digital innovations and promote the targeted use of AI solutions for the continuous optimization of payroll processes, workflows and services.

In addition, you have at least 3 years of professional experience in the field of pay billing as well as leadership or management experience. You have a well-founded knowledge of pay tax and social security law. Additionally, you can master the handling of all common MS Office applications with SAP HCM.
