Implementation of moving and transport orders in the object Execution of small repairs and simple maintenance work Acquisition of messengers and general care services in the building

Ideally crafted training or practical experience as a master / allrounder in the building area Physical loadability and readiness to take over moving and transportation Basic knowledge of minor repairs Reliable, careful functioning and strong sense of responsibility Friendly appearance and service orientation in dealing with employees and users Good knowledge of German in word and writing Willingness to work in shiftwork (breakfast, late and night shift) as well as on weekends driving licence class B
