Development of digital products for customers

You have an IT-related training or proven professional experience With the most popular PC operating systems in the MS Windows environment, you know You have experience in support of printers and other IT peripherals as well as support for networks Ideally, you have already worked with a ticket system You work independently as well as in the team and are ready to work on new topics A good technical understanding, a pronounced service and solution orientation as well as a structured and careful way of working distinguish you You have a class B licence We presume flowing German in word and writing – English is advantageous You don't bring (yet) any desired requirements?
