Senior Project Manager TGA - Supply Technology / HLSK (m/f/d)

You are responsible for the holistic planning and calculation of demanding TGA projects (heating, ventilation, sanitary, climate) across all HOAI performance phases. You independently tax projects for industry, business and public contractors and act as a central contact person for our customers. You guide your project team professionally, coordinate the creation of technical drawings and ensure a high performance quality. With the help of AVA software, you create performance directories and price levels and take over the technical and commercial accounting of the projects. You monitor the progress of the project, control dates and budgets with tools such as MS Project and ensure compliance with our quality standards.

You have a degree in engineering (Dipl.-Ing. or Master) or a training as a state-tested:r Techniker:in the field of technical building equipment. You bring at least 5 years of professional experience in the planning and management of TGA projects, ideally for business, industry or contracting entities. In dealing with HOAI and VOB as well as common AVA software, MS Project and MS Office, you are safe and practical. Your work is self-contained and structured, taking responsibility for your projects and their quality. You are convinced by communication strength as well as negotiation-proof German skills (C1) in exchange with the team and client: inside.
