Own responsibility you decide on customer requests and process product exchanges as well as product return purchases in close coordination with customer service and sales. You communicate by phone and in writing with our customers, convince by their high service orientation and strengthen long-term customer relationships. In addition, you work closely with sales, customer service and central departments to understand and actively shape cross-cutting relationships and processes.
