In our shared kitchen, around 500 inhabitants are provided daily: in the middle of a fresh, tasty and balanced meal – many of them are on their way to a new life. Your mission makes a difference every day. Who we are – Gratus GmbH: Creating living spaces together We connect modular construction projects with social services. Our goal: to support people in challenging living situations, create a safe environment and actively promote integration. With us you work in a dedicated, open team that works in a practical, professional and with a lot of heart.

Daily fresh cooking: preparation of varied, nutritious dishes for up to 500 people. Everything in mind: organization of kitchen drains, day planning and ensuring a smooth supply. Quality you can see and taste: high standards of taste, optics and freshness of food. Hygiene & Security: Work according to HACCP standard, compliance with all hygiene and safety requirements. Teamwork: Close cooperation with a dedicated kitchen team of about 20 colleagues. Configuring instead of just performing: Active collaboration on creative, seasonal menus. Planning & Purchasing: Support in quantity planning, goods use and procurement.

Complete training as a cook/kitchen – ideally with experience in community meals or gastronomy. Structured, organised mode of operation – even in high-speed operation, keep a cool head. Passion for cooking – you cook with heart, are creative and like to taste new ones. Loadable & flexible – you think solution-oriented and pack pragmatically. Team player: valuable, respectful and reliable in cooperation. Nice to have: training as a diet cook or experience with special / diet food (no need).
