Team Coordinator Maintenance (m/f/d)

For our clients, an internationally operating retailer in the field of fashion jewelry and accessories, we are looking for an experienced team of coordinator maintenance (w/m/d) at the modern logistics location in Cologne . The highly automated logistics centre is one of the most advanced facilities in the region and offers a dynamic, international working environment with a lot of design space.

You take on the technical responsibility for the maintenance and technology sector as well as the deployment planning of your team You coordinate and prioritize the daily tasks to ensure smooth operation You monitor the technical infrastructure and ensure the reliable functioning of all systems You plan and organize maintenance measures in compliance with legal requirements You support statutory audits and technical acceptances You guide projects to optimize and further develop technical processes You are constantly working on improving plant availability and efficiency You tax external service providers in the field of technology and facility management You ensure compliance with all work protection policies You analyse disorders, take measures and respond to spare parts management and order process

Complete technical training (e.g. electronics, mechatronics, industrial mechanics) or comparable qualification Ideally advanced training for master or technician in a technical field Optional studies in engineering, electrical engineering or comparable Multiannual professional experience in maintenance and technical plant management At least 5 years of experience in a comparable position Structured, solution-oriented mode of operation and strong team and leadership skills
