Vanudis GmbH is active in the field of the most modern drug development and specializes in pioneering approaches to immunotherapy, including cell therapies, immunoRNases and antibody therapies with optimized effector functions. The Preclinical Development Team is driving the development of new antibodies and CAR T cells through their characterization and the establishment of suitable analytical methods. As a Research Associate (m/w/d) in this team, your tasks include: Cultivation of human tumor cell lines and primary T/NK cells Functional characterization of antibodies: flow cytometric analyses, binding analyses by Octet, and further cell-based and immunological assays phenotypic and functional characterization of modified T/NK cells: multicolor flow cytometric analyses, proliferation and cytotoxicity assays, analysis of cytokine release Documentation of work and compilation and follow-up of results according to SOP Support in the development and optimization of methods, cell-based and immunological assays

Bachelor of Biology (m/w/d) or comparable degree (e.g. BTA, MTLA) or Bachelor in Biology, Biosciences or a related subject Practical experience and knowledge of relevant laboratory techniques and immunological methods (especially cell culture, multicolor flow cytometry, ELISA, Octet, molecular biology) Independent, careful and conscientious operation Experience in handling all common MS Office programs required, knowledge in handling an electronic laboratory book of advantage Good knowledge of German and English in word and writing and analytical calculation friendliness, team skills, and stress resistance at high work levels combined with a high sense of responsibility and reliability
