Become a speaker (m/w/d) in the field of security & sustainability in part or full time (min. 30 hours/week) part of our community in use for the people in Bavaria. #Team Blood Donation

Energy Management System: Maintaining and further developing our energy management system according to ISO 50001:2018 with a focus on identifying and implementing energy efficiency measures as well as collecting and evaluating our energy consumption data. Monitoring: Further development of our energy data monitoring system. Audits: implementation of internal energy audits and coordination of external energy audits. Energy purchase: electricity and heat for our locations in Bavaria. Waste management: Proper disposal of waste and contact persons for waste-related issues. CO2 balance: Creation of internal CO2 balance according to GHG-Protocol. Hazardous substance management: participation in data management, production of operating instructions, legally compliant storage. Support: in the preparation of risk assessments and in general occupational safety issues. Participation: in building a sustainability management system.

Education / studies: focus on energy, environment, security, sustainability or comparable qualifications, e.g. technical training occupation with relevant training / experience. Experience: Ideally with the construction and maintenance of management systems (ISO 50001, 140001, DIN EN 16247, EMAS). IT: Founded MS Office knowledge and experience in dealing with databases and/or experience with energy monitoring systems (optimally Visual Energy / KBR). Number affinity: You can structure larger amounts of data well, logically link it and make relationships visible. Self-employment: Structured and responsible working and reliability and team capacity. Continuing training: Energy management officer, internal auditor or waste commissioner (related to KrWG) or the willingness to obtain them. German knowledge: Very good in word and writing. Driving licence: Class B as well as readiness to travel within Bavaria.
