Implementation of target group analyses and observation of trends, new technologies, platforms and media Conception of brand-forming and sales-promoting campaigns and measures based on defined objectives and target groups Implementation of campaigns in cooperation with internal and external partners Creation of briefings, budget and time planning incl. Control, search, selection, commissioning and control of service providers Examination and coordination of editorial/media planning, budget, assets and KPI with service providers and internal interfaces as well as ensuring brand consistency and conversion Preparation, implementation and follow-up of internal votes/workshops Ensuring success measurement beyond the complete marketing framework Continuous monitoring of measures, KPI and channels, identification of vulnerabilities and implementation of optimization measures Working in company-internal communication and industry-related working groups

A completed study/training in the field of marketing and digital media, communication/media sciences, online marketing, business management (BWL) with a corresponding focus, such as business economist*in marketing communication, specialist marketing (w⁠/⁠m⁠/⁠d) or comparable Experience in cooperation with agencies or companies Experience in the development of strategic and conceptual foundations for action planning Experience in project management understanding of the requirements for information needs and UX requirements of our target groups at the touchpoints Safe in handling MS Office
