Team Leader/Head of Emergency Call and Service Control Center (m/f/d)

In this key role, you are responsible for the safety of an exceptionally versatile location portfolio: more than 600 Würth branches, our campus with around 3,500 employees, the company's own airfield, art and museum areas as well as subsidiaries. As the lead of our central emergency call and service control unit (NSL), you ensure that all safety-relevant processes are reliably, modern and professionally controlled - in the 24/7 security environment.

You lead the emergency call and service control center as well as four shift managers and a twelve-headed team and ensure a powerful safety control center. You can manage the external security service provider as well as ensure reliable safety standards together. You are responsible for monitoring the professional alarm processing of fire, burglary, video and access reports and ensure structured intervention processes. The further development of digital and efficient processes in risk management and the establishment of uniform processes throughout the control center operation is one of your tasks. You coordinate a smooth alarm and information chain between, for example, police, firefighters, rescue services and internal bodies. Audit preparations, quality standards as well as reliable deployment and shift planning are driving you forward consistently and developing these professionally. You strengthen the competence of the entire team through training on deescalation, risk assessments and safety-relevant procedures.

Training for protection and security - ideally complemented by the Master of Protection and Security or comparable training. long-term professional experience in an emergency call and service control centre, safety control centre or in the prevention of risks; You will already bring expert leadership skills and understand how to guide teams in a reliable and situation-oriented manner. Very good knowledge of MS Office and modern hazard management systems. Loadability, quick decisions and a safe handling of challenging situations are your strengths. With clear communication, persuasiveness and a structured working style, you win people and create orientation. Very good knowledge of German and good knowledge of English allow you to communicate professionally and reliably. The position is mainly located on site as you work close to the team and the safety-critical processes - mobile work is therefore only possible in individual cases after consultation. Readiness to call and punctual support outside the usual daily service hours can be seen as a natural part of a responsible control center function.
