You take over the control, coordination and management of corporate and contractual issues in the rhenag consultancy area. You will advise the leaders and all the departments of rhenag on all issues of corporate law. In addition, you are legally assisted in arronment projects such as restructuring, M&A transactions and cooperation projects. You first and review shareholder and Supervisory Board decisions in legal terms and also take into account the peculiarities of the GO NRW. You advise and support all areas of expertise in the design, testing and negotiation of contracts and in matters of energy law and civil law. From the first day, you will be closely involved in the team and quickly take over your own mandates. You have successfully completed your legal studies with a focus on corporate law with the second state exam.
