Inspection, maintenance and repair of production facilities. The focus is on systemic troubleshooting, analysis and subsequent disorder elimination. Evaluations and analyses serve as the basis for targeted measures to avoid future machine failures and to optimize existing processes. Close, service-oriented cooperation with adjacent areas such as tool construction and production to ensure a frictionless operation. Application and implementation of the Lean methods established in the plant, such as 5S, TPM and SMED, in the respective task area.

Complete technical training and first practical experience in the industrial environment; unrestricted suitability for the use in the 3-shift system is assumed. High levels of reliability, conscience and a strong sense of quality. Safe handling of schematics, technical drawings and manuals is part of everyday work. Representative team capacity, flexibility in handling changing requirements and secure communication in German; Basic knowledge in English is desirable.
