Gröber GmbH is a company that started as a 2-man company in July 2016 and has already 35 employees. Together with subcontractors, up to 100 technicians are employed by us. We realize large-scale industrial projects as well as commercial and residential properties in the area of heating, sanitary, air conditioning and ventilation. For our team we are looking for active support, here you come into play! We are looking for a dedicated Obermonteur (m/w/d) in the field of sanitary, heating and air conditioning. In this position, you are responsible for testing professional assembly, industrial and industrial objects. We also realize orders in housing and small orders. You contribute to the smooth design of the technical processes and ensure the satisfaction of our customers: women through high-quality work.

You take responsibility for the installation of sanitary, heating and air conditioning systems and ensure that all works are carried out in accordance with the technical specifications and standards, while you always keep an eye on safety regulations and quality standards Your role includes communication with other professionals during construction meetings, with your expertise and actively participating in the construction process For you it is self-evident to document the work done carefully, to create reports and to write test logs to ensure the quality and accuracy of the projects You will take care of the organizational aspects of the construction site by opening orders and running the assembly staff to ensure a smooth running of the projects

You bring training as a plant mechanic for sanitary, heating and air conditioning Your organizational skills and communication skills are yours When handling MS Office applications, you feel safe and are able to work efficiently with it You have good knowledge of German in word and writing Your experience in managing construction sites is beneficial
