In the area of the main fund, experts deal with topics such as IT service, payment and accounting. The job is part of the team, which acts as a central partner for IT issues at the interface of financial and pension insurance systems, and accompanies extensions of state-of-the-art functionalities in the IT system of German pension insurance.

As a business analyst in the financial sector of the main fund, you combine financial knowledge with IT and data competence to optimize business processes. You serve as an important interface between departments, colleagues and IT. Furthermore, you are actively involved in the implementation of change processes and quality management. In addition, You undertake the following tasks: Requirement management: You collect, analyze and formulate technical requirements from the financial sector to our software and are responsible in this context for the advice and support of system users Data analysis and reporting: You create and maintain financial evaluations, develop IT specialist concepts and write business process descriptions Interface communication: You translate complex financial topics into technical requirements for IT. You coordinate the work order processing and administrate procedures of applications with the data center in the house of the German Pension Insurance Bund Quality assurance & Testing: You check new data solutions and systems for professional accuracy and compliance requirements and create test and training concepts. You work independently in complex situations and can communicate them to stakeholders in a comprehensible and address-oriented manner, taking into account other views and interests. You bring a high level of technical understanding for data processing and convince with your sovereign appearance and analytical skills in financial and process relationships. In addition, you have the following: A successfully completed higher education (Bachelor or Diploma (FH)) for example in the field of social sciences/economics or computer science, or an equivalent qualification (e.g. social security specialist*in) At least a two-year professional experience as a business analyst in the processing of financial or payment-relevant facts and in the handling of application systems, ideally in S/4HANA Accountant knowledge and a safe handling in the application of accounting regulations as well as initial experience in project work and test management would be desirable
