Your tasks include: Commercial and technical support for housing owners communities Preparation, implementation and follow-up of owner meetings and advisory meetings Implementation and control of decisions taken Regular object visits Control and monitoring of technical and infrastructure measures Monitoring of maintenance, testing and operator obligations Processing of claims and insurance cases Cooperation with owners, tenants, authorities, lawyers, insurance companies and service providers Negotiation and supervision of service and maintenance contracts Participation in budget planning as well as cost and time controlling Active care and further development of existing customer relationships This distinguishes you: Qualification Commercial or technical training, ideally with real estate
