The Clinic for Forensic Psychiatry (375 plan beds) is responsible for the standardization in the Free and Hanseatic City of Hamburg. For this purpose, it provides criminal therapeutically effective treatment and rehabilitation services for psychiatric patients:inside (§ 63 StGB) and addiction patients:inside (§ 64 StGB). The treatment chain is divided into acute and subacute stations as well as psychotherapy and addiction stations and an openly managed rehabilitation station (with associated housing groups), and the clinic also operates a forensic aftercare ambulance, which, in the sense of secondary prevention, acts simultaneously as an open interface for imprisonment and pre-forensically as a point of contact for facilities and persons who have a sound risk assessment. In addition, there is a psychiatric focus in the centre of the city, which addresses the treatment of mentally ill persons who have not yet been able to be reached by the psychiatric aid system, with the preventive aim of preventing serious illnesses.

As a manager: for social pedagogue/social pedagogue, you are responsible for the professional management of the social service team, which you take on a modern leadership style according to the principles of leadership and compliance Employees:internal development and leadership of team meetings and employees:internal talks as well as contact and network care are part of offices and facilities of psychosocial care You support and guide the team as much as possible in all matters and train the team in the content of advice on claims according to SGB as well as in the law-compliant implementation of the treatment strategy and the release management, taking into account the forensic requirements You act as an interface to the medical leadership team and advise all professional groups on the legal framework of social law issues

You have a degree as a social pedagogue/social pedagogue (Diplom/Master), ideally with recognition Experience in working with psychiatric patients:inside Knowledge of criminal therapeutic rehabilitation and aftercare are desirable You ideally have experience in leadership tasks, have an extraordinary social competence and team capacity In addition, you have a high level of responsibility, flexibility and resilience
