Care and advice of professional employees in personal questions Implementation of personnel administration from entry to exit (e.g. contract creation, certificates, master data maintenance) Preparation and examination of the pay bill in cooperation with wage accounting Collection and maintenance of working time and absence data (e.g. illness, holidays, shiftwork) Support in application and layer planning Participation in recruitment processes for industrial personnel (e.g. appointment organisation, applicant communication, contract creation) Care and evaluation of personnel statistics and key figures Cooperation Managers and external bodies (e.g. health insurance, offices) Participation in projects for process optimization and digitization in human resources
