Maintenance mechanic / mechatronics technician / electronics technician (m/f/d)

Ensure the technical availability of production facilities and supply facilities in the machining area by professional maintenance, inspection and repair work Analyze, locate and troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, pneumatic and control components and systems performing preventive and predictive maintenance measures to avoid plant shutdowns and to optimize plant efficiency Testing and evaluating machinery, assemblies and technical systems with regard to functionality, safety and performance Use of technical drawings, schematics, maintenance documents as well as modern diagnostic and measurement technology for targeted troubleshooting Replacement, assembly and adjustment of components as well as carrying out repairs and technical adjustments to machinery and equipment Support for installations, extensions, modernizations and commissioning of production and supply facilities Documenting carried out work and complying with all applicable safety, quality and GMP requirements

Required Graduated vocational training as an industrial mechanic, maintenance mechanic, mechatronic, industrial technician (m/w/d) or a comparable technical qualification Minimum 2 years of professional experience in maintenance, maintenance or repair of production equipment, machinery or technical equipment Experience in fault analysis and troubleshooting of mechanical, electrical, pneumatic or automated systems Ability to read and apply technical documentation, schematics or technical drawings German knowledge at least level B2 Preferred Experience in a regulated production environment, for example in the medical technology, pharmaceutical, food or plastics industry Knowledge in the fields of pneumatics, control technology or automation technology Experience in handling computer-assisted maintenance and maintenance systems
