You work strategically – You are responsible for the cross-site derivation of a forward-looking transformation concept with regard to the achievement of our energy sustainability goals. This includes a medium-term strategic investment planning in optimized and efficient electricity and heat concepts as well as renewable energy production facilities that fit into the supply structure of our plants. In addition, the internal supply networks are robustly designed against external supply problems. You look closely – together with the team of our delegates from the environment, energy and sustainability, you evaluate the KPIs of our sites. Through a sound analysis of economic viability and profitability based on this data, you decide on the order of investments and thus determine the pace of achievement in the field of sustainability. You offer a professional service – You are the central contact person for the sustainable technical transformation of the Radeberger Group and therefore also for new, innovative and industrial-grade energy technology. Furthermore, you have knowledge of the possibilities of integrating renewable energy generation plants into networks and operating structures. You set the standard – By a sound analysis of the cost-effectiveness and profitability of investment projects based on existing data, you develop investment plans and set standards. With a cross-site knowledge transfer, you accompany this change into our companies. You are a team player – you work closely with our companies and with adjacent departments. You are a member of the sustainability ambassadors of our group and, with your expertise, you will also design topics beyond your specialist department.

Your training – you have a relevant qualification in the technical field (complete study engineering / supply technology / electrical engineering / mechanical engineering or a comparable degree programme). Your experience – you have already been able to gain professional experience with the company in cooperation with energy plants. You are familiar with the integration of different systems and systems. In addition, you can convince with your knowledge in project management. Your personality – you are characterized by your entrepreneurial thinking and your creativity and flexibility in finding solutions. Understanding processes and their relationships is easy for you. You work independently, bring the necessary enforcement capacity and would like to develop in our company. Your mobility – you will bring the readiness to travel within Germany, for example to accompany the commissioning at our locations. Your know-how – you have well-founded MS Office knowledge.
