Digital Operations Support Employee (m/w/d)

Technical support and system support: You ensure the smooth operation of our digital solutions - from software components to hardware such as RFID readers, mobile scanners and label printers. Mobile Device Management: You manage Android-based devices via Microsoft Intune and support rollouts, updates and migrations. Error analysis and optimization: You analyze disorders, document support cases and actively work on the continuous improvement of our system landscape. Teamwork: You work closely with the development, external services and IT and train users in dealing with digital solutions.

Competence: With a completed training, a study in the field of IT or technology or a comparable qualification, you are right! Experience: You have experience in technical support or IT environment. You are also interested in mobile technologies, networks and digital systems. Knowledge: Ideally, you have knowledge of Microsoft Intune, Android Enterprise, ITIL or RFID technologies.
