You take responsibility for IT at our production site – with a clear focus: Ensure stability, create structure and make things really run. Here you are a real hand-on leadership: You run your team professionally and disciplinaryly, but at the same time you work actively in the day-to-day business – from the interference in the network to the connection of new facilities.

Ensuring stable IT operation (network, systems, infrastructure) Take over the technical and disciplinary responsibility for the IT team on site Further development of employees and the establishment of a powerful team structure Control and prioritization of all IT topics at the site Active cooperation in the day-to-day business:Troubleshooting in malfunctions Network and system topics Connection and integration of production plants

Coordination with internal departments and external service providers Building structures, processes and standards Further development of IT towards stability, security and efficiency

Multiannual experience in IT, e.g. as IT team leader, IT administrator or senior system engineer First or multi-year experience in the management of employees Very good knowledge of IT infrastructure (network, clients, servers), operation and troubleshooting Experience in a production or industrial environment Ideally experience with machine connection / OT-close systems and SAP Embossed Hands-on-Mentality – you pack yourself Structured working and ability to prioritize Enforcement and decision-making Communication strength – you can communicate between IT, production and management Joy in improving things and taking responsibility
