Location: Cologne-Südstadt (at Volksgarten) Working time: 30-40 hours/week | Mo–Fr, occasionally Sa | Core working time: 8–17 hours (from 3:30 pm) Initial salary: from 3,200 € gross (full time) + paid overtime, as well as numerous employee benefits

Sales is your strength – communication your passion?

You feel just as comfortable in direct customer contact as in creative marketing? Then combine both and support our team as a central interface between sales, customers and marketing – with organizational talent, heart and a good sense of effect.

In this versatile role you help not only in order processing, but also in the development and implementation of our marketing measures – digital, creative and targeted.

Your job in sales:

• Order processing & offer creation
• Telephonic customer advice (especially painter companies, interior designers etc.)
• Customer reception & advice on site
• Telephone acquisition & sales support
• Organization and implementation of seminars
• font traffic & digital storage
• Deliver goods & product presentation in showroom

Your job in marketing:

• Support in marketing communication (e-mail, phone, WhatsApp, flyer)
• Care and playout of our social media channels (Instagram, LinkedIn etc.)
• Design of marketing materials (e.g. via Canva)
• Creation and dispatch of newsletters
• Support for events, promotions & actions
• Content planning in cooperation with the team

What you should bring:**

• Professional experience in sales, marketing or a similar interface function
• Creative feel for design & communication
• Secure handling of digital tools (MS 365, Canva, Social Media etc.)
• Structured, predictive mode of operation
• Self-employment, team spirit & communication joy
• Fun at customer contact and creative projects
• Interest in colors, design and design – a real plus

A formal education is not a must – your skills count.
