Responsible vehicle disposition: creation, tracking and processing of vehicle orders in the internal and in the manufacturer systems Administration of vehicle stocks Processing of statistics and research e.g. in the context of stock and sales analyses Car transport commissioning for new cars and used vehicles Commercial administration and coordination of vehicle stocks in warehouses Contact person for our external forwarders and storage space holders Accounting of manufacturer invoices and invoices from external service providers Accounting of vehicles to our car houses Management of vehicle registrations and registrations Cross-departmental projects Backoffice work and general commercial activities

Successfully completed economic studies or very well completed commercial training (e.g. automobile businessman/wife) - alternatively a comparable qualification At least three years of professional experience (ideally in automotive trade) Good MS Office knowledge, especially Excel Number affinity, readiness for learning and performance as well as proactive thinking and action Flexibility and organizational skills Structured, independent working and good communication skills Responsibility and team skills
