CNC-Dreh-Fräser (m/f/d)

You drive new turning milling parts on CNC turning milling machines and optimize them. You make components as standard with regard to quality, runtime and process stability. You independently adjust CNC lathes and equip them, including tool selection and presetting. You create, customize CNC programs and optimize them on the machine or via CAM systems such as Edgecam. You analyze manufacturing processes and continually improve them.

For this position you will find a solid technical basis and practical experience in CNC machining. It is important that you have completed training as a machining mechanic (m/w/d), ideally focused on turning technology, and have been working in this area for several years. In addition, you should be able to safely move in the programming and processing of demanding components and reliably read technical drawings and use measuring instruments precisely. The handling of controllers and digital manufacturing processes also plays an important role: if you have already worked with Siemens controllers, in the best case with the 840D, and possibly also CAM systems, this fits very well with this profile. Overall, it is about someone who is professionally fit, works carefully and implements complex tasks in CNC lathe.

• You have a completed training as a machining mechanic (m/w/d), ideally with the direction of turning
• You have several years of professional experience in CNC machining
