Workstream Lead SAP Authorization Management in the Context of the S/4 Transformation (m/f/d)

You take over the subproject management for the workstream SAP Access Management as part of our S/4HANA Transformation. You are the central point of contact for all authorization issues in the project and drive our topics strategically and operationally. This includes planning, reporting to management and ensuring the timely and qualitative implementation of the authorization requirements. Strategy & Conception: You are responsible for the strategic design and design of the future SAP permission architecture and governance processes (e.g. SAP GRC) in close coordination with the departments. Process Harmonization: You analyze, optimize and harmonize the authorization and access management processes across the entire system landscape (e.g. during an SAP RISE migration) Stakeholder & Team Management: You run the project-related authorization team professionally, control external service providers and are the central communication interface to management and other subprojects. Quality Assurance: You monitor and ensure the quality of authorization roll construction and test activities.

Comprehensive project experience: You have multi-year and profound experience in SAP user and authorization management, ideally in large, international transformation projects (S/4HANA, Carve-Outs or Migrations). Guided tour & control: You have detectable experience in the subproject management or in a comparable leading project role in the SAP authorization environment and brings a strong understanding of project management methods. Technical know-how (Deep Dive): Funded knowledge in building authorization concepts for modern SAP architectures (especially S/4HANA, Fiori catalogs/groups) are absolutely necessary. Experience with SAP GRC (Access Control) is a great advantage. Education & Communication: You have a successfully completed study of (economic) informatics or comparable IT training. You are an excellent communicator and can clearly present complex technical issues before management and specialist teams. Languages: You speak German and English (word and writing). .
