In this position you take over an important interface function between work preparation, material management, purchasing, logistics, production and construction. You ensure a reliable mapping and control of material and order processes in the ERP system and thus contribute significantly to smooth processes, high data quality and secure material availability. Planning and control of material, order and inventory processes in the ERP system Maintaining and ensuring a high quality of master, material and order data Creation and provision of work, manufacturing and material documents for further order processing Support for material and order planning taking into account delivery dates, stocks and availability of materials Close coordination with work preparation, purchasing, logistics, production and construction Working with the optimization and further development of processes in materials management, logistics and ERP-based processes

completed commercial training, for example as an industrial businessman or a comparable qualification First professional experience in work preparation, production planning, material management, logistics or a comparable environment Good understanding of ERP-based processes around materials, orders, stocks and production Secure handling of MS Office, especially Excel; Experience with an ERP system Basic technical understanding and interest in production-related and cross-sector processes Structured, analytical and reliable functioning as well as pronounced communication and organizational capability
