You advise national and international customers as well as internal stakeholders on insurance, labour, tax and social insurance issues. You develop pragmatic solutions for complex challenges and control escalations sovereignly and customer-oriented. You have a well-founded professional experience in occupational retirement, in the insurance environment or in the management of complex data and contract stocks. You have the pleasure of questioning existing processes and going new ways. Digitalization, automation and the use of modern technologies such as data analytics or AI will inspire you and you will recognize their potential for better customer support. You convince by analytical thinking, self-initiative and a solution-oriented way of working.
