It ensures the quality and integrity of financial information and thus ensures transparency to internal decision-makers, supervisory bodies and external auditors. The function provides the basis for a sound management of the Group, strengthens the confidence of stakeholders and supports compliance with all regulatory requirements. In addition, it is driving forward the continuous development of the processes and systems in corporate accounting to ensure efficiency, quality and sustainability. In this task you take: the management and further development of the Department of Accounting & Reporting GLS Bank's individual financial statements and responsibility and support for the preparation of the consolidated financial statements Responsibility for supervisory reporting the coordination with participation management continuous communication with internal and external auditors the support, promotion and development of your employees
