Responsible for ensuring, monitoring and controlling the appropriate implementation of all assembly tasks Direct reporting refund to regional management and management of qualitative and quantitative business figures in the field of assembly Direct guidance and development of 7 assembly masters* inside with a total of about 40 technicians Management and control of the back office for new installations and modernizations with a team management and about 13 employees Ensuring a future-oriented assembly and execution organisation for the assembly area Compliance with the calculated cost framework, negotiations with downstream companies and suppliers, and the introduction of new installation methods as well as implementation of intra-group guidelines and specifications Close coordination with regional management, in particular sales and coordination with colleagues from other regions Compliance with all safety-relevant regulations and active support of all occupational safety-relevant measures

A completed study in the technical or business sector as well as several years of experience in a comparable function Wide-sighted, analytical and entrepreneurial thinking and high design strength Management, planning and organisational competence, ability to motivate employees, strong customer orientation and experience in dealing with complaints Convinced, powerful personality with independent, predictive working style, safe appearance and fingertips in dealing with different levels of conversation Practical experience and knowledge of elevator technology - regulations, standards, usability of products - would be desirable, but are not necessary English knowledge of word and writing are advantageous readiness to travel within the region
