YEARS:

Support for national and international HR projects, in particular with a focus on HR digitization, automation and the use of AI in the HR environment Support for operational and strategic personnel management and daily business Working in operational and administrative personnel with insight into ongoing HR processes Participation in structuring, analysis and optimization of internal HR processes and in the further development of digital HR workflows and tools Conducting research activities on current HR-relevant topics (e.g. HR‐IT-Trends, Digitisation, AI) Preparation of presentations, evaluations and decision templates to support internal HR votes and projects

IHR PROFIL:

Studies in Business Management, Economics, Business Informatics, Multimedia Communication and Documentation or Business Psychology with a focus on digitization and transformation or comparable degree programmes focusing on human resources management, digitization or AI First knowledge / experience in handling AI-based tools and digital applications First insights into HR-related topics or processes (e.g. personnel management, recruiting, personnel administration or HR projects) Knowledge in structuring, preparing and analyzing information First contact points with digital or AI-controlled workflows, automation or process optimization High affinity for digitalization and AI topics, in particular in the context of modern HR work Secure handling of MS‐Office products (especially Excel, PowerPoint and Word) Basic understanding of digital workflows, data processing and tool-based working methods Good knowledge of English in word and writing, in particular on working with international content, tools or documentation Analytical and structured working methods as well as the ability to work quickly into new topics and systems Happy work in the team Communication strength, reliability and safe occurrence Engaged, independent and structured working methods
