Planning, prioritization, coordination and follow-up work packages Creation and maintenance of a cross-project overview (work packages, dates, delivery items, open points, decisions) Control and tracking of measures, dates, risks and deviations Preparation of escalations and decision-making templates Identification, documentation and traceability of deviations Coordination and ensuring the flow of information between project participants Organisation, content and organisational preparation and moderation of voting rounds Creation and maintenance of status reports, action lists, protocols and management overviews Continuous further development and optimization of the control, reporting and communication processes

Higher education (University/FH) in engineering, business management or economic engineering or a comparable qualification. At least 3 years of relevant professional experience in managing infrastructure projects in the energy industry At least 3 years of experience in project management of large projects, multi-project management or project management function At least 3 years of experience in coordinating and controlling multiple parallel work packages with complex technical and organizational interfaces At least 1 year experience in scheduling, tracking and action management Very good linguistic and written expressiveness in German (mother language level C2) and English Versified handling of common MS Office applications (desired) Basic knowledge of the planning and implementation of systems and systems Transmission technology (required) Experience in the energy industry, preferably transmission networks, substations or network infrastructure projects (required) Experience in infrastructure, plant construction, network or industrial projects with several technical structures (required) Experience in the preparation of management reports and preparation of decision bases for project management (required) Certification according to IPMA Level D/C or comparable project management qualification (required)
