In-house technician / caretaker (m/f/d)

For our customers, we are looking for a home technician (m/w/d), ideally with a training in the electrical field.

If you are a passionate, versatile personality and have the pleasure of optimally caring for the company's properties, we look forward to your application.

These exciting tasks come to you:

• independent execution of minor repair and maintenance work as well as assembly tasks on our premises
• Responsibility for the maintenance and operation of the heating system
• Maintenance of the outer surfaces, including the yard and green areas
• Coordination and support of external service providers during their work on the premises

We are happy to bring you the following:

• Complete craft training, ideally in the field of electrical engineering
• knowledge of mechanics and electrical engineering
• Experience in identifying and eliminating technical disturbances
• Self-employed, structured working with a good overview
• High resilience and willingness to work outside regular working hours
• Optional: willingness to move to the workshop that is connected to the master's activity
• Driving licence required
