The Federal Agency for Real Estate Tasks (BImA) is the real estate service provider of the federal government, which supports the federal government's real estate policy objectives and provides the necessary areas and buildings for almost all federal authorities. They coordinate the rental process, in particular in the course of handovers and the restoration of rentalability in coordination with the construction management. They prepare, process and carry out rental adjustment procedures, e.g. in the context of modernisation measures in coordination with construction management. You create Exposés. The preparation and completion of rental contracts and the installation in the SAP system are part of your tasks, as well as evaluations and the assembly of rental contracts. You create transfer / return logs, carry out visits as well as departure and transfer of apartments. They carry out coordination with the place of allocation of apartments in the context of housing care and the acquisition of new customers. They support the monitoring and documentation of the operator's and traffic safety obligations in the housing. You process contract matters for pitches and garages. They carry out data collection and master data management using SAP as well as compiling/evaluation of lists, ensuring master data quality in SAP and in the CRM system. We work mobile and flexible. However, on the service post/workplace there are occasional service trips, including throughout the federal territory. These missions are generally planned with sufficient chronological advance, so that the reconciliation of family and occupation is guaranteed.

Qualification: You have a completed commercial vocational training as a real estate businessman, a merchant/buyer in the real estate and housing industries, or a comparable, relevant qualification with a focus on property. Competences: They bring business and property knowledge. They have expertise and experience in property management, in particular in housing law. They have well-founded knowledge of the IT standard applications MS-Office, especially Excel, and the use of the Internet. They bring knowledge to SAP.
