Project Management Assistant for Commercial Project Management - Bochum (m/f/d)

As a project businessman (m/w/d), you perform administrative tasks and ensure a smooth operation of communication between all participants of our modernization projects. In the end, you are integrated into all phases of the respective project and form the interface between technical and commercial group areas, resulting in a wide range of tasks. You are responsible for the project data management of our modernization projects, the preparation of project information, the solution-oriented further development of our processes and are contact persons for all commercial processes in the project. In addition, you are responsible for the technical preparation of the modernization announcement & rental letters. Monitoring of project costs and time-limit maintenance Participation and implementation of regular project meetings and associated performance controls Collection of central project information Checking, preparing and clarifying accounting issues at project level Acquisition of invoices and resolution of clarification cases Central commercial interface between project management and all relevant central departments such as purchasing, creditor management, accounting Formal processing of the offer requests for construction services (ordering requirements in SAP) Data management of modernization projects in SAP Technical preparation of rental documents for the announcement of our modernization projects and calculation of rental increases according to §559 BGB

Complete training and ideally relevant professional experience (commercial, real estate, construction or comparable background) Motivation with enthusiasm for interface work and good communication skills (verbal and written) Interest in basic questions and processes of real estate modernization (prescientific assistance but not necessary) Good knowledge of common Microsoft Office programs, especially teams, Outlook and Excel Knowledge of SAP helpful (no necessary requirement)
