Experience is welcome, but more important are motivation, willingness to learn and joy in precise work. Technical training or practical experience in the assembly of technical products is advantageous, but no prerequisite. You work quietly, carefully and concentrated and have a good fine-engineering skill. You enjoy precise work and bring the necessary endurance to work in a production environment. A good technical understanding as well as a pronounced quality awareness are what distinguishes you. You work reliably, conscientiously and like to work in the team. You have German knowledge on at least B1 level; Alternatively, you bring very good English skills. Experience in the field of optoelectronics is welcome, but not necessary. Cross-adapters are also welcome. For example, craftsmanships in which precision and fine motor skills are required – for example as an optician, goldsmith, watchmaker or dental technician.
