You have successfully completed your Bachelor degree in Social Education (m|w|d) or Social Worker (m|w|d) You ideally have a multiannual professional experience in the field of social services You have experience in the organisation and mediation of outpatient, semi-stationary and stationary care, as well as social and economic support services You have good social knowledge and are happy to work in a team You are reliable, committed and flexible You have very good organizational skills that you use with high social competence and empathy in dealing with patients and relatives You cooperate with various institutions and authorities You control the handling of common office products, as well as clinical information systems
