As a team leader, you are responsible, together with your team, for the proper and timely implementation of the monthly pay bill for our nationwide locations and companies of the DIRINGER & SCHEIDEL group of companies in the areas of old care, hotel industry and real estate services with around 2100 employees. For our managers and employees at our locations, you are competent/service-oriented/contact person/in on all questions concerning the billing of charges. You are responsible for the management of the Payroll team of about 10 Payroll Specialist professionally and disciplinaryly. You will start the monthly and annual financial statements, as well as the determination and evaluation of provisions, and you will be contact person for our financial accounting. You will compile statistics and reports for the competent authorities and perform reports. You accompany the external audits by the financial administration, social security institutions and auditors. You process system-related disruptions and adaptation measures in coordination with internal and external HR software consultants. You are opting for business processes including the interface areas. You work intensively with the executives of our locations, personnel management and management as well as other external contact persons.

Successfully completed commercial vocational training with personalised further qualification or a comparable academic degree focusing on personnel, finance or tax Multiannual professional and management experience in pay accounting and tax, social security and labour law Preferably multiannual experience with the application software P&I LOGA Safe handling of all common MS Office applications High service orientation, structured and conscientious working and IT affinity Self-employment, flexibility, commitment and team and communication skills
