Your tasks:

• Machine operation: They operate CNC-controlled machines and finished precise parts according to the requirements of the supervisor and the appropriate work instructions (AA).
• Marking and documentation: They characterize the parts according to the respective processing state and report Randomities (e.g. dimensional deviations) immediately at the superiors.
• Ensuring quality: you work according to criteria Quality and quantity and ensure the necessary care against the product and the machines.
• Cleanliness and order: They ensure cleanliness and Order of machines and working environment in the prescribed Time intervals.
• Measurement and testing: you measure and check the parts manufactured after PAP with the appropriate measuring means and ensure that all parts comply with quality standards.
• SPC measurements: They conduct statistical process controls (SPC) according to the requirements to continuously improve production quality monitor.
• Maintenance work: They perform preventive maintenance work according to Maintenance plan through and work closely with the adjusters to optionally necessary tool changes and measurement corrections to be carried out.

Your profile:

• Complete vocational training: You have a successful (m/w/d) or one comparable qualification in a metalworking profession.
• Professional experience: They bring several years of professional experience in Machine operation with, ideally in the area of CNC milling.
• Technical understanding: You can read technical drawings and understand and are safe to use common measuring means.
• Machine operation: You have experience in the operation of CNC milling machines and work conscientiously and independently.
• Layer readiness: You are ready to work shifts work to meet production requirements.
• German knowledge: Good German knowledge in word and writing necessary to correct work instructions and documentation to be implemented.
• Team skills: They are structured, communicative and work in the team to achieve the common goals.
