Advice and information of students in matters of examination Participation in the Study Service Centre Examination-related support for students over the entire student-life cycle (processing of applications, booking of exam results, preparation of study and examination documents) Communication with teachers on audit-related issues (request of audit results, time-limit control) Maintenance of digital student files

A completed vocational training in administrative or commercial matters or a comparable qualification Communication strength, very good written and oral expressability Joy in working in digital systems and processes as well as a sovereign handling of all MS Office applications An open and service-oriented personality with pronounced team capacity, joy in working with young people Experience in working with legal requirements and/or professional experience in the context of higher education is desirable
