Your area of responsibility:

• They advise and accompany our customers competently and solution-oriented.
• They plan and coordinate repairs in our works – from acceptance to timely completion.
• You process customer requests within the scope of our solution and support process.
• They are responsible for the distribution of spare parts – from supply to order distribution.
• They clarify technical and commercial details directly with our customers and internal specialist departments.
• You keep an eye on dates and ensure a smooth process.

Your profile:

• Complete technical training with commercial background
• Ideally professional experience in a comparable position, industry knowledge
• Secure handling of ERP systems and MS Office
• Systematic, analytical and careful operation
• Communication strength in German and English
• Open communication on internal and external contacts
